Welcome to Zupprize! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zupprize app ("App") and website. By installing or using Zupprize, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zupprize, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use Zupprize.

2. Use of the App

Zupprize is a Shopify app designed to help merchants create unique interactive promotional games for their stores. You may use the app only in accordance with these terms:

• You must be a registered Shopify merchant to use Zupprize.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Zupprize complies with Shopify’s policies and applicable laws.
• You may not use Zupprize for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Subscription & Payment

Zupprize offers both free and paid subscription plans (Currently only Free tier is available). By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to Shopify’s billing terms and authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.
• Subscription fees are billed through Shopify and are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime through the Shopify App Store.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

By using Zupprize, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect only shop-related information and do not track visitor data, except anonymouse data interactions with games.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Zupprize if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions.
• You misuse or abuse Zupprize’s features.
• We receive a legal request requiring removal of your access.

If your account is terminated, you will no longer be able to use the app.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Zupprize, including all software, code, content, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of Zupprize.

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or resale of Zupprize’s software, code, or branding is strictly prohibited.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Zupprize.
• Any violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zupprize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of Zupprize.
• Loss of sales, revenue, or data related to the use of our app.
• Compatibility issues with third-party Shopify apps or themes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If significant changes are made, we may notify you via email or through our app.

9. Plans & Pricing

We may update our plans and pricing from time to time without prior notice. All plans are subject to change. The free plan is not guaranteed to be available forever and may be discontinued at any time.
